Following a meeting with Mr Van Miert last Friday, Bertelsmann and Kirch gave a formal undertaking to the Commission that they would immediately suspend various marketing operations involving the digital service "Premiere Digital" and sales of the d-box decoder.
A la suite d'un entretien avec M. Karel Van Miert, vendredi dernier, les sociétés Bertelsmann et Kirch se sont formellement engagées auprès de la Commission européenne à interrompre avec effet immédiat diverses opérations de marketing relatives au programme numérique "Premiere Digital" ainsi que la commercialisation des décodeurs d-box.
