The Fairtrade Labelling Organizations (FLO) is a multi-stakeholder association involving 23 member organizations, traders and external expert.

1. Member States shall ensure that, where organs are envisaged for exchange between Member States, prior to exchanging the organ, the competent authority or delegated body of the Member State of origin transmits the information collected to characterise the procured organs and the donor, as specified in Article 7 and in the Annex to Directive 2010/53/EU, to the competent authorities or delegated bodies of the potential Member States of destination.

Les États membres veillent à ce que, lorsqu’un échange d’organes est envisagé entre des États membres, l’autorité compétente ou l’organisme délégué de l’État membre d’origine transmette aux autorités compétentes ou organismes délégués de l’État membre de destination potentiel, avant l’échange, les informations recueillies pour la caractérisation des organes obtenus et du donneur, telles que spécifiées à l’article 7 et à l’annexe de la directive 2010/53/UE.

6. Where organs are exchanged between Member States, those Member States shall ensure that the information on organ and donor characterisation, as specified in the Annex, is transmitted to the other Member State with which the organ is exchanged, in conformity with the procedures established by the Commission pursuant to Article 29.

2. Member States may apply stricter rules within their territory to organic plant and livestock production, where these rules are also applicable to non-organic production and provided that they are in conformity with Community law and do not prohibit or restrict the marketing of organic products produced outside the territory of the Member State concerned.

considérant que, en vue de maximaliser les recettes pour les bananes produites dans la Communauté, il convient d'encourager la formation d'organisations de producteurs, notamment par l'octroi d'aide au démarrage; que, pour donner à ces organisations un rôle efficace dans la concentration de l'offre, il convient que leurs membres s'engagent à y faire commercialiser la totalité de leur production; qu'il convient aussi de permettre la formation d'autres types d'associations groupant des organisations de producteurs et des représentants des autres stades de la filière; qu'il conviendra ultérieurement de définir les conditions auxquelles de telles associations représentatives de diverses activités de la filière pourront conduire des actions d'intérêt général et voir leurs règles étendues localement ou régionalement aux non-adhérents; que ces organisations pourraient en outre être consultées lors de l'élaboration des programmes et jouer un rôle actif dans la réalisation des actions à caractère structurel mises en place dans le cadre de l'organisation de marché;

Whereas measures by the producers' organizations, within the meaning of Article 13 of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72, are likely to contribute towards attaining the objectives of the common market organization in the sector concerned; whereas in order to reinforce measures by these organizations, thus encouraging greater market stability, Member States should be permitted to extend, under certain conditions, to all producers not members of the organization in a region, the rules relating in particular to production and marketing adopted for its members by the organization or association in the region concerned;
considérant que l'action des organisations de producteurs, au sens de l'article 13 du règlement (CEE) no 1035/72, est de nature à contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs de l'organisation commune des marchés dans le secteur concerné; que, afin de renforcer l'action de ces organisations et faciliter ainsi une plus grande stabilité du marché, il convient de permettre aux États membres d'étendre, sous certaines conditions, à l'ensemble des producteurs non-adhérents d'une région les règles, notamment en matière de production et de mise en marché, adoptées pour ses membres par l'organisation ou l'association de la région considérée;
