These involve increasing the ESF contribution rate to measure 7 "Developing entrepreneurship, promoting the creation of businesses and innovation" from 40% to 50% and introducing the French mechanism of "individual training leave" in measure 6 "Modernising employment organisations, developing skills". Training leave adds to the possibilities, provided for in the SPD, for supporting the adaptation of human resources, particularly in small and very small undertakings.
Ces derniers concernent, d'une part, le relèvement du taux de participation du FSE dans la mesure 7 'Développer l'esprit d'entreprise et favoriser la création d'activités et l'innovation' de 40 à 50 % et, d'autre part, l'introduction, dans la mesure 6 'Moderniser les organisations du travail et développer les compétences', du dispositif français des 'Congés individuels de formation (CIF)'. La prise en compte du CIF complète ainsi les possibilités, prévues dans le DOCUP, de soutenir l'adaptation des ressources humaines, dans les petites et très petites entreprises en particulier.
