1.The rules applicable to financial contributions from the European Globalisation Adjustment Fund (EGF) are laid down in Regulation (EU) No 1309/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on the European Globalisation Adjustment Fund (2014-2020) and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1927/2006 (the ‘EGF Regulation’).
1.Les règles régissant les contributions financières du Fonds européen d’ajustement à la mondialisation (FEM) sont définies dans le règlement (UE) n° 1309/2013 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 17 décembre 2013 relatif au Fonds européen d’ajustement à la mondialisation pour la période 2014-2020 et abrogeant le règlement (CE) n° 1927/2006 (ci-après le «règlement FEM»).

This application complies with the requirements for determining a financial contribution from the EGF as laid down in Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No 1309/2013.

2. Member States shall designate bodies to be responsible for the management and control of the actions supported by the EGF in accordance with Article 59(3) of the Financial Regulation and with the criteria and procedures laid down in Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 1303/2013.
