It is with a view to ensuring that the institutions and bodies learn from their mistakes and that maladministration is avoided in future that the Ombudsman has published on his website a study of the follow-up undertaken by the institutions involved to all critical remarks and further remarks issued in 2008. It is worth noting that the level of satisfaction with the action taken in response to these critical remarks was 79 %.
