Yet the institutions present a curious sight, which reminds me of children who lose their ball while playing, and who watch spellbound as the ball bounces onto the road and under the wheels of cars to see if the ball will somehow appear again undamaged on the other side of the road.
Les institutions donnent toutefois un curieux spectacle qui me fait penser à des enfants qui perdent leur ballon pendant une partie de football et qui regardent, comme magnétisés, le ballon qui rebondit sur la route et passe sous les roues des voitures en se demandant si le ballon va d’une manière ou d’une autre réapparaître intact de l’autre côté de la route.
