Just as the resolution says, I believe that now is the time for the EU to really show the way and to dare to move forwards, to leave the reluctant and sluggish United States behind it and, together with others, to try to ratify the Kyoto agreement.
Ainsi qu'il a été dit dans la résolution, je pense aussi qu'il est maintenant temps que l'UE montre vraiment le chemin et ose aller de l'avant, abandonner les États-Unis hostiles et obtus derrière elle et chercher avec d'autres à ratifier la convention de Kyoto.
