Why would she say such a thing and then, as if the issue were not being taken seriously by anyone, not at least acquaint herself with the fact that the primary aerial responder to offshore search and rescue is Canada's military, the Department of National Defence, not Fisheries and Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard.
Comment a-t-elle pu tenir de tels propos et, comme si personne ne prenait cette question au sérieux, pourquoi n’était-elle pas au courant que les principaux intervenants aériens des opérations de recherche et sauvetage sont les militaires canadiens, le ministère de la Défense nationale, non Pêches et Océans ou la Garde côtière canadienne?
