Mr. Speaker, I rise today to condemn the actions of terrorists who blew up the train in northern India killing at least 66 innocent people.
Monsieur le Président, je prends la parole aujourd'hui pour dénoncer les agissements des terroristes qui ont fait exploser un train dans le Nord de l'Inde, tuant ainsi 66 personnes innocentes.
