C. whereas according to the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) at least 198 people have been killed since April 2015, including the summary execution of 9 civilians on 13 October 2015 in the Bujumbura neighbourhood of Ngarara, allegedly by members of the police; whereas following a call from the UN Secretary-General a committee of inquiry has been set up by the Attorney-General of Burundi;
C. considérant que, selon le haut-commissariat des Nations unies aux droits de l'homme, au moins 198 personnes ont été tuées depuis le mois d'avril 2015, notamment dans le quartier de Ngagara, à Bujumbura, où 9 civils auraient été sommairement exécutés par des forces de police le 13 octobre 2015; qu'à la demande du secrétaire général de l'ONU, une commission d'enquête a été créée par le procureur général du Burundi;
