– (FR) Mr President, honourable Members, may I say a few words on behalf of the Commission at the close of this long debate, starting by reiterating how much I personally, who am in charge of the reform of the institutions for the Commission, have appreciated the quality and efficiency of the parliamentary debates held here or in your Committee on Constitutional Affairs under the chairmanship of Mr Napolitano over the ten months leading up to Nice.
- Monsieur le Président, Mesdames et Messieurs les Députés, au terme de ce long débat, je voudrais dire quelques mots au nom de la Commission, et d'abord rappeler combien, personnellement, à la place où je me trouve, en charge de la réforme des institutions pour la Commission, j'ai apprécié, tout au long de ces dix mois qui ont précédé Nice, la qualité et la compétence des débats parlementaires qui ont eu lieu ici ou au sein de votre commission des affaires constitutionnelles, présidée par M. Napolitano.
