I believe that sheltered workshops are now well protected; these are an important area, as are the joint purchasing bodies that more and more Member States are setting up, and, of course, all those provisions – particularly in view of enlargement, to which the rapporteur referred – that can be said to clarify the application of the locally-applicable provisions on labour law, social security, taxation and the environment.
Je pense que les ateliers protégés jouissent désormais d’une protection efficace; il s’agit d’un secteur important, tout comme les services communs d’acquisition instaurés dans un nombre croissant d’États membres et, bien entendu, toutes les dispositions - surtout celles qui sont édictées en vue de l’élargissement, comme l’a souligné le rapporteur - qui permettent de clarifier l’application des dispositions locales relatives au droit du travail, à la sécurité sociale, à la fiscalité et à l’environnement.
