EL reported that according to the statistical data of the Hellenic Police there was one (1) prosecution since the entry into force of the new Law. RO further informs that in 2015 the first cases were reported to the Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism and nine (9) persons were prosecuted for the offence of using the services of trafficking victims.
La Grèce mentionne que, selon les statistiques de la police hellénique, il y a eu une seule poursuite depuis l’entrée en vigueur de la nouvelle loi.La Roumanie indique, pour sa part, qu’en 2015, les premiers cas ont été signalés à la Direction des enquêtes sur la criminalité organisée et le terrorisme et que neuf personnes ont été poursuivies pour avoir commis l'infraction d’utilisation des services de victimes de la traite.
