It will: - inject impetus into Latin American networks by using business initiatives to create or strengthen focal points for cooperation with Community counterparts; - develop systematic information exchanges by using the opportunities offered by European business networks; - start up a programme of regular, sector-based meetings in both Latin America and the Community and use events such as specialized international fairs to encourage the various protagonists and intermediaries to take part in such meetings.
