The Commission received a notification on 31 August 2000 according to which EDF would acquire a stake of 34 percent in EnBW, therefore taking joint control with OEW in Germany's fourth largest electricity firm.
La Commission a reçu le 31 août 2000 une notification selon laquelle EDF se proposait d'acquérir une participation de 34 pour cent dans EnBW, ce qui entraînait donc la prise de contrôle en commun, avec OEW, de la quatrième plus grande entreprise d'électricité de l'Allemagne.
