The European Commission has approved, under the Merger Regulation, an operation whereby Klöckner Iberica SL, a subsidiary of Klöckner Stahl-und Metallhandel (KSM), itself a subsidiary of the VIAG Group, acquires sole control of Comercial de Laminados by the purchase of shares from three families which directly and indirectly own 94.8% of the shares.
