In order to minimise the need for translation and associated costs, the court or tribunal should, when issuing a certificate for the enforcement of a judgment given in the European Small Claims Procedure, or of a court settlement approved by or concluded before a court or tribunal in the course of that procedure, in a language other than its own, use the relevant language version of the standard form for the certificate available in a dynamic online format on the European e-Justice Portal.
Afin de limiter au maximum les besoins de traduction et les coûts qui y sont associés, la juridiction saisie devrait, lors de la délivrance du certificat d'exécution d'une décision rendue dans le cadre de la procédure européenne de règlement des petits litiges ou d'une transaction judiciaire approuvée par une juridiction ou conclue devant une juridiction au cours de ladite procédure, dans une langue autre que la sienne, utiliser la version linguistique correspondante du formulaire type de certificat qui est disponible dans le formulaire dynamique en ligne du portail e-Justice européen.

In order to facilitate the application of this Regulation, Member States should, with a view to making the information available to the public through the European e-Justice Portal, communicate to the Commission the language or languages they can accept for the presentation of public documents issued by the authorities of another Member State; an indicative list of public documents falling within the scope of this Regulation; the list of public documents to which multilingual standard forms can be attached as a suitable translation aid; the lists of persons qualified, in accordance with national law, to carry out certified translations, where such lists exist; an indicative list of the types of authorities empowered by national law to make certified copies; information relating to the means by which certified translations and certified copies can be identified; and information about the specific features of certified copies.
Afin de faciliter l'application du présent règlement, les États membres devraient, en vue de rendre ces informations accessibles au public par le biais du portail européen e-Justice, communiquer à la Commission la ou les langues qu'ils peuvent accepter pour la présentation de documents publics délivrés par les autorités d'un autre État membre; une liste indicative des documents publics qui relèvent du champ d'application du présent règlement; la liste des documents publics auxquels des formulaires types multilingues peuvent être joints en tant qu'aide utile à la traduction; s'il en existe, les listes de personnes qualifiées, conformément au droit national, pour établir des traductions certifiées conformes; une liste indicative des types d'autorités habilitées en vertu du droit national à établir des copies certifiées conformes; des informations relatives aux moyens permettant d'identifier les traductions certifiées conformes et les copies certifiées conformes; et des informations relatives aux caractéristiques spécifiques des copies certifiées conformes.

The system shall provide a search service in all the official languages of the institutions of the Union in order to make available the mandatory information and any other documents or information included in the insolvency registers which the Member States choose to make available through the European e-Justice Portal.

3. Member States shall ensure that victims who do not understand or speak the language of the criminal proceedings concerned are provided, in accordance with their role in the relevant criminal justice system in criminal proceedings, upon request, with translations of information essential to the exercise of their rights in criminal proceedings in a language that they understand, free of charge, to the extent that such information is made available to the victims.
3. Selon le rôle attribué aux victimes dans la procédure pénale par le système de justice pénale concerné, les États membres veillent à ce que la victime qui ne comprend pas ou ne parle pas la langue de la procédure pénale reçoive gratuitement, si elle le demande, une traduction dans une langue qu'elle comprend de toute information indispensable à l'exercice de ses droits durant la procédure pénale, dans la mesure où ces informations sont mises à la disposition des victimes.

Names of the courts should be translated in all languages, according to the multilingual thesaurus of names of organisations as set up to be used within the e-justice portal, and with hyperlinks to the descriptions of these courts as comprised on the e-Justice portal — if available.
