The Presidents of the Commission, of the Court of Auditors and the EIB, Romano PRODI, Juan Manuel FABRA VALLÉS and Philippe MAYSTADT signed on Monday 27 October 2003 a new tripartite Agreement governing the right of access of the Court of Auditors to information held by the EIB when managing Community revenue and expenditure.
Les Présidents de la Commission, de la Cour des comptes et de la BEI, Romano PRODI, Juan Manuel FABRA VALLÉS et Philippe MAYSTADT procèdent ce lundi 27 octobre 2003 à la signature d'un nouvel Accord tripartite régissant le droit d'accès de la Cour des comptes aux informations détenues par la BEI dans son activité de gestion de recettes et dépenses communautaires.
