The judges include Irene Bignardi, film critic for La Repubblica newspaper, Juan Luis Cebrian, publisher of El Pais newspaper, Norma Johnston, Director of Communications, Amnesty International UK, Idrissa Ouedraogo, Paris-based African film-maker, Michel Rocard, chairman of the Development Commission at the European Parliament, and Gaston Thorn, Chairman of the Board, CLT-UFA (leading European TV and radio group).
