Those founding members other than the Union are financially sound single legal entities who have the financial capacity and have expressed their agreement, in writing, following intensive stakeholder consultations, to make a major financial contribution to pursue the research activities in the area of the S2R Joint Undertaking, within a structure well adapted to the nature of a public-private partnership.
Ces membres fondateurs autres que l'Union sont des entités juridiques distinctes, financièrement saines, qui ont la capacité financière nécessaire et ont manifesté par écrit, à la suite de consultations approfondies avec les parties prenantes, leur accord pour verser une contribution financière importante en vue de poursuivre les activités de recherche dans le domaine de l'entreprise commune S2R, au sein d'une structure bien adaptée à la nature d'un partenariat public-privé.
