Moreover, in support of the long-term reconstruction plan for Haiti and in the context of a joint EU approach linking relief to rehabilitation and development, the EU and Member States are currently in the final stage of identifying common priorities, together with the Haitian Government, with a view to adopting a joint programming document at the beginning of 2011.
