If the EU itself is primarily a neo-liberal project where the market supposedly resolves everything, why should not Russia be allowed to behave commercially and demand payment of the money owed to it by the debtor?
Si l’UE est elle-même essentiellement un projet néolibéral où le marché est censé tout résoudre, pourquoi la Russie ne pourrait-elle pas avoir une attitude commerciale et réclamer à son débiteur l’argent qui lui est dû?
