On 31 August 2005, Sky Italia submitted further information concerning amendments to the Law of 3 May 2004 entitled ‘Regulations and principles governing the set-up of the broadcasting system and RAI-Radiotelevisione italiana SpA, authorising the government to issue a consolidated broadcasting act’ (known as the Gasparri law), which regulates the television sector in Italy.
Le 31 août 2005, cette plaignante a transmis d'autres informations concernant des modifications de la loi du 3 mai 2004«Normes de principe en matière d'organisation de la radiodiffusion et de la télévision et de la RAI — Radiotelevisione italiana S.p.a., et délégation au Gouvernement pour la promulgation du texte unique relatif à la radiotélévision» («loi Gasparri») qui régit le secteur télévisuel en Italie.
