Since the Irish authorities have limited the duration of the enjoyment of the fiscal reliefs provided by the scheme, in favour of tenants, from the potential deadline 31.12.2010 to 31.12.2003, the Commission concluded on its compatibility with Article 87 (3) (a) of the Treaty.
