The European Development Fund supports the cooperation at national, regional and intra-ACP levels.

The contribution to be proposed would probably have to be divided on an annual basis between the 10 EDF Intra-ACP Funds and the DCECI as this is the only way to reach this level of funding provided all parties can agree.

The Community contribution to the APRM should come from intra-ACP resources and be supplemented by contributions from Member States.
