Je voudrais donc vous dire que ceux qui s’attaquent aux droits budgétaires s’attaquent à la Constitution dans sa totalité. Nous aurions donc tout intérêt nous, les députés de cette Assemblée, à envoyer un signal clair à la Conférence intergouvernementale pour annoncer que le Parlement prend cette question très au sérieux.
