The problem is that the magnitude of that augmentation has now reached unacceptable proportions, to the extent that I am faced with units coming back from operations, having a month or a little longer at home, and then being forced to send critical leaders, NCOs in particular, to Gagetown, or one of the other training centres, as instructors for two or three months.
