4. The ramp inspection shall be performed according to the procedure described in Annex II and using a ramp inspection report form containing at least the items described in the form appended to Annex II. On completion of the ramp inspection, the commander of the aircraft shall be informed of the contents of the ramp inspection report, and if defects have been found, the report shall be sent to the operator of the aircraft and to the competent authority concerned.
4. Where these certificates and/or report prove that an inspection of one of the items listed in Annex I, point 10, has been carried out in the course of the preceding three months, that item shall not be checked again, except where justified in particular on the grounds of an obvious defect and/or irregularity.
