By judgment of 11 November 1992, the Verwaltungsgericht (Administrative Court), Münster, dismissed the declaratory action brought by Gut Springenheide and Rudolf Tusky on the ground that the description and the pack insert infringed Paragraph 17(1) of the Lebensmittel- und Bedarfsgegenständegesetz (Foodstuffs and Consumer Goods Law) under which misleading descriptions were prohibited.
Par jugement du 11 novembre 1992, le Verwaltungsgericht Münster a rejeté le recours formé par Gut Springenheide et M. Tusky contre cette décision au motif que la mention et la notice litigieuses enfreignaient l'article 17, paragraphe 1, du Lebensmittel- und Bedarfsgegenständegesetz (loi sur les denrées alimentaires et les produits de consommation courante) qui interdit les indications trompeuses.
