Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. The Agency is also entrusted with enhancing cooperation between those involved in the area of network and information security, providing assistance to the Commission and the Member States in their dialogue with industry to address security-related problems in hardware and software products and contributing to Community efforts to cooperate with third States and, where appropriate, with international organisations to promote a common global approach to network and information security issues, thereby contributing to the development of a culture of network and information security.[10]

Since the objective of this Regulation, namely to establish a European Union Agency for Network and Information Security for the purpose of contributing to a high level of network and information security within the Union and in order to raise awareness and develop and promote a culture of network and information security in society for the benefit of citizens, consumers, enterprises and public sector organisations in the Union, thus contributing to the establishment and proper functioning of the internal market, cannot be sufficiently achieved by the Member States and can therefore be better achieved at Union level, the Union may adopt measures, in accordance with the principle of subsidiarity as set out in Article 5 of the Treaty on European Union.

Where the information submitted by the institutions to the resolution authority is subject to restatements or revisions, the resolution authority shall adjust the annual contribution in accordance with the updated information upon the calculation of the annual contribution of that institution for the following contribution period.

The OP comprises two sub-programmes: - ESF assistance in the non-Objective 1 regions; - technical assistance. Technical assistance measures are divided into two main groups: - technical assistance for project promoters and the transnational dimension of the programme; - technical assistance for the national dimension of the programme.
Dans ce cadre, les mesures NOW contribuent au développement de systèmes appropriés de formation, d'orientation, de conseil et d'emploi, à la formation des groupes cibles et des acteurs-clés, à la création d'emploi et au soutien pour l'établissement d'entreprises, de coopératives et de partenariats ainsi qu'à des actions d'information et de dissémination; Nombre de participants dans le cadre de NOW : 1.620 personnes montant communautaire disponible : 3,048 MECU les mesures HORIZON contribuent au développement de systèmes appropriés de formation, d'orientation, de conseil et d'emploi, à la formation des groupes cibles et des acteurs-clés, à la création d'emploi et au soutien pour l'établissement d'entreprises, de coopératives et de partenariats ainsi qu'à des actions d'information et de dissémination; Nombre de participants dans le cadre de HORIZON : 3.007 personnes montant communautaire disponible : 6,212 MECU Les mesures YOUTHSTART contribuent au développement de systèmes appropriés de formation, d'orientation, de conseil et d'emploi, à la formation des groupes cibles et des acteurs-clés ainsi qu'à des actions d'information et de dissémination; Nombre de participants dans le cadre de YOUTHSTART : 999 personnes montant communautaire disponible : 2,462 MECU Le PO comprend les 2 sous-programmes suivants : - intervention du FSE dans les zones hors objectif 1; - assistance technique; Les tâches de l'assistance technique se distribuent selon deux grandes fonctions: - L'assistance technique aux promoteurs des projets et à la dimension transnationale du programme; - L'assistance technique à la dimension nationale du programme.
