1. The Member States shall establish an Internet-based information page (the Internet-based information page) to make available information on farms or mollusc farming areas of aquaculture production businesses and authorised processing establishments which are authorised in accordance with Article 4 of Directive 2006/88/EC.

In respect of farm animals for example this could include working with retailers and producers to facilitate improved consumer trust and awareness of current farming practices and thus more informed purchasing decisions, as well as developing common initiatives in the field of animal welfare to facilitate the exchange of information and the application of best practices.

With regard to human potential, a set of measures on training, information and diffusion of knowledge, setting up of young farmers, early retirement of farmers and farm workers, use by farmers and forest holders of advisory services and on the setting up of farm management, farm relief and farm advisory services as well as forestry advisory services should be made available.
