If we bear in mind that just six months after the Euratom Treaty had been signed there was a nuclear accident at Windscale, as a result of which huge quantities of food had to be destroyed because this fire had catastrophic consequences, then I find it incredible that today – 50 years later – anyone can claim that there is nothing wrong.
Si l’on se rappelle que six mois à peine après la signature du traité Euratom a eu lieu l’accident nucléaire de Windscale, suite auquel il a fallu détruire d’immenses quantités de nourriture parce que l’incendie en cause avait eu des conséquences catastrophiques, je trouve incroyable qu’aujourd’hui - cinquante ans plus tard -, quelqu’un puisse affirmer que tout va bien.
