The European Union welcomes the outcome of the talks between the delegation led by the President of Burundi, Domitien Ndayizeye, and the delegation of the FNL, led by Ibrahim Ntakirutimana, held in the Netherlands from 18-21 January 2004 and which were facilitated by the Dutch Government.
L'Union européenne se félicite des résultats des pourparlers entre la délégation conduite par le président du Burundi, Domitien Ndayizeye, et la délégation des FNL, conduite par Ibrahim Ntakirutimana, qui se sont déroulés aux Pays-Bas du 18 au 21 janvier 2004 avec la médiation du gouvernement néerlandais.
