– (DE) Mr President, it almost hurts to see the Finnish Presidency of the Council, still spending hours in this place, having now spent half a year sitting there, familiar with the mantras of politics and of its customary to-and-fro, sometimes listening, sometimes not, and sometimes hearing things when nothing has been said.
- (DE) Monsieur le Président, cela fait presque mal de voir la présidence finlandaise du Conseil encore passer des heures en ce lieu, après y avoir traîné pendant presque six mois, se familiarisant aux méandres de la politique et aux allées et venues habituelles, écoutant par moments, ignorant à d’autres et entendant parfois des choses alors que rien n’a été dit.
