The project focuses on two types of migrants: those who carry out domestic work in the recipient country (e.g. house-cleaning) and those who fall victim of human trafficking.

ACP STATES AND OCTs Aid for marketing and 7TH EDF - ECU 7 750 000 promoting sales of ACP (6 810 000 for the ACP States' and OCT's States and 940 000 for products the OCTs GRANT This programme is based on the provisions of Lomé IV and its aim is to contribute to operations to develop trade and services initiated by the ACP States and the OCTs. It comprises a whole range of targeted activities which are integrated with the trade and/or tourism policy of each recipient State and will contribute to economic cooperation at a regional level. The programme will be carried out in 1994 and will involve the following: - participation at trade and tourism fairs, missions to prospect the field and associated activities; - seminars; - technical assistance; - trade missions; - publication of brochures and documentation. The preparation and implementation of the various tasks of the programme will be contracted out to independent experts in the field. Technical assistance personnel will be responsible for most of the programme evaluation for which they will use the reports on participation at each trade event which the benefitting countries are required to send in.
