I am not saying that this may also happen in the case of a supra-national community, but nonetheless I do feel that there should be a single human face somewhere at the top which would represent the entire complicated machinery and thanks to which all of it would be better understood.
Je ne dis pas que cela pourrait également se produire dans une communauté supranationale, mais je pense en tout cas qu’il devrait y avoir au sommet de l’édifice un visage humain représentant l’ensemble de cette machinerie sophistiquée et grâce à qui celle-ci serait mieux comprise.
