The evaluation shall also assess the possible need to modify or extend the Agency’s tasks, scope, areas of activity or structure, including in particular structural modifications needed to ensure compliance with horizontal rules on regulatory agencies once they enter into force. The budgetary consequences of any such modification or extension shall be specified in the evaluation report.
