Peter Sørensen, de son actuel poste de chef de la délégation de l'UE dans l'ancienne république yougoslave de Macédoine, vers le poste de chef de la délégation de l'UE en Bosnie-et-Herzégovine.

3. in light of the above, to simplify the command structure of the EEAS and enhance the role of its Executive Secretary General by establishing a clear chain of command to support effective decision-making as well as timely policy response, in this context, to rationalise the posts of Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director in charge of Administration, to reduce and simplify the hierarchical structure of the Managing Directorates, to clearly define the relevant competences within the management structure of the EEAS, and to review the current structure based on the Corporate Board, with a view to achieving efficiency, clarity and coherence in decision-making; in the same spirit, to ensure that the HR/VP receives political advice, for instance through a Political Council, from all the relevant institutional actors, thus allowing him/her to assess the impact of actions to be undertaken by the EEAS;

12. while the European Union delegations will be an integral part of the EEAS, and while they should take their instructions from and be subject to the supervision of the VP/HR and should administratively belong to the Commission, requests the future VP/HR to commit him/herself to informing Parliament's Committees on Foreign Affairs and Development about his/her appointments to senior posts in the EEAS and to agreeing to the committees conducting hearings with the nominees, if the committees so decide; also requests that the future VP/HR commit him/herself to renegotiating the current Framework Agreement with the European Parliament, in particular on access to sensitive information and other issues relevant for smooth interinstitutional cooperation;
12. sachant que les délégations de l'Union constitueront une partie intégrante du SEAE, qu'elles seront soumises aux instructions et au contrôle du vice-président/haut représentant tout en dépendant du point de vue administratif de la Commission, demande au futur vice-président/haut représentant de s'engager à informer les commissions des affaires étrangères et du développement du Parlement au sujet des nominations aux postes à responsabilité du SEAE et d'accepter que les commissions auditionnent les candidats si elles le jugent utile; demande également que le futur vice-président/haut représentant s'engage à renégocier avec le Parlement l'actuel accord-cadre , en ce qui concerne en particulier l'accès aux informations sensibles et les autres questions relatives au bon fonctionnement de la coopération interinstitutionnelle;
