The health certificates issued in accordance with the model referred to in paragraph (1)(a) may be issued after departure of the consignment from New Zealand of live animals and animal products with certification systems equivalence recorded in Chapter 27 of Annex V to the Agreement, provided that they include a reference to the appropriate Eligibility Document (‘ED’) and its date of issuance and that they are provided to the border inspection post on arrival of the consignment.
