The report and recommendation by the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs accepts the Commission guidelines and contributes to the democratic legalisation of the harsh new antidemocratic charge of Tampere ΙΙ. It further calls for the complete abolition of the principle of unanimity, thereby strengthening the opaque mechanisms of the Euro-unifying Directoire beyond any national control.
Dans son rapport et ses recommandations, la commission des libertés civiles, de la justice et des affaires intérieures accepte les lignes directrices de la Commission et concourt à la légalisation démocratique de la nouvelle âpre offensive antidémocratique de Tampere II. Elle appelle en outre à la suppression intégrale du principe d’unanimité, renforçant ainsi les mécanismes opaques du «Directoire» d’unification européenne au-delà de tout contrôle national.
