Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. The codes should be used, as required, for each substance specified, but it should be noted that not all fourth character codes are applicable to all substances. Identification of the psychoactive substance should be based on as many sources of information as possible. Au regard de certaines caractéristiques du groupe Kesko, incluant les accords entre les détaillants-K et les organes centraux, l'organisation du groupe en ce qui concerne les sources d'approvisionnement, les opérations de marketing et la présentation conjointe de logos, la possession par les organes centraux des locaux commerciaux destinés à la vente au détail, ainsi que les engagements financiers pris par les détaillants-K envers les organes centraux, la Commission a décidé qu'il convient de considérer le groupe Kesko comme une organisation possédant une planification centralisée des ventes au détail dans laquelle les détaillants de Tuko sont intègres par le biais de l'opération.
