In the reply to the Letter of Facts, Goldman Sachs claimed that its rights of defence had been infringed because it was only after the oral hearing, i.e. in May 2013, that the Commission provided it access to Prysmian’s supplementary comments of March 2012 on the Spanish documents (32).
Dans sa réponse à l’exposé des motifs, Goldman Sachs affirmait que ses droits de la défense avaient été violés, car ce n’est qu’après l’audition, soit en mai 2013, que la Commission lui a permis d’accéder aux commentaires supplémentaires présentés par Prysmian, en mars 2012, sur les documents espagnols (32).
