First, the key message we hope we've given you today is that there are a number of issues—all of them, thank heaven, solvable, we believe—and if we can address these in the next year or so, we can significantly improve the cost competitiveness with the industry at no significant cost to the taxpayer and make a more competitive situation for our members and, more broadly, for the travelling public.
