Biggest priority is given to a psychological and social 'stabilisation' of these young people, to help them draw up a project for their lives. an individual 'pathway' for every young person. Social guidance and assistance in problem-solving (.i.e health, housing , debt burdens
) will be given.Two axes, one on basic qualifications (german language, numeracy and mathematics, social sciences and sports) and the other on vocational training, particularly for job opportunities for painters as well as in the wood /forestr
...[+++]y and metal industry .This includes important 'on-the'job' courses, given in cooperation with local employers.Furthermore, special courses will be given to build on the personal interests and hobbies of these young persons (sports, film, etc): this would enhance their self-esteem and motivation.
Deux axes : les compétences de base (langue allemande, mathématiques, sciences sociales et sport) et la formation professionnelle, en particulier dans le domaine de la peinture en bâtiment, de l'industrie forestière et de l'industrie métallurgique. Cette formation comprendra une part importante de formation en entreprise avec la coopération des entreprises locales. De plus, des cours spéciaux seront donnés qui s'appuieront sur les intérêts des jeunes (sport, film...) de manière à augmenter leur motivation et leur estime de soi.
