On 30 April 2003 Mr Giancarlo Casseli, Public Prosecutor at the Court of Appeal of Turin, issued an 'atto di citazione' ( a form of originating summons incorporating a statements of claims) requiring Mr Gargani to attend a hearing, and admit liability, before Investigating Judge Rosa at the Court of Milan, Section I, civil proceedings, on 7 October 2003 and ordering him to pay compensation of Euro 154.937,07 for the damage caused to the plaintiff by the publication of certain article in the Italian Press.
Le 30 avril 2003, M. Giancarlo Casseli, procureur général près la cour d'appel de Turin, a notifié, à l'encontre de M. Gargani, un acte de citation à comparaître devant le tribunal de Milan, section I civile, juge instructeur Rosa, à l'audience du 7 octobre 2003, requérant de le déclarer responsable des dommages subis par suite de la publication de certains articles dans la presse italienne et de le condamner à les réparer à hauteur de 150 937,07 euros.
