The location of such infrastructure should be determined by taking into account geographical and technical limitations associated with the optimum geographical distribution of the ground-based infrastructure and the possible presence of existing installations and equipment suitable for the relevant tasks, as well as by ensuring compliance with the security needs of each ground station and with the national security requirements of each Member State.
La localisation de cette infrastructure devrait être déterminée en tenant compte des restrictions géographiques et techniques liées à une répartition géographique optimale de l'infrastructure au sol et à la présence éventuelle d'installations et d'équipements existants adaptés aux tâches concernées, ainsi qu'en veillant à satisfaire les besoins en matière de sécurité de chaque station au sol et les exigences nationales de sécurité de chaque État membre.
