The situation as regards African swine fever in Sardinia, Italy, differs from that in other Member States due to the long lasting endemicity of the disease in this part of the Italian territory and the insular geographic location; it is therefore deemed necessary to have Part IV in the Annex to this Decision to continue covering the whole territory of Sardinia in Italy.
La situation en ce qui concerne la peste porcine africaine en Sardaigne (Italie) se distingue de celle des autres États membres par l'endémicité durable de la maladie dans cette partie du territoire italien et son caractère insulaire. (7) Member States should continue to ensure that the services set out in Chapter II are made available with the quality specified to all end-users in their territory, irrespective of their geographical location, and, in the light of specific national conditions, at an affordable price.
(7) Les États membres devraient continuer de veiller à ce que, sur leur territoire, les services visés au chapitre II soient mis à la disposition de tous les utilisateurs finals, au niveau de qualité spécifié, quelle que soit la localisation géographique de ces derniers et, en fonction des conditions propres à chaque État membre, à un prix abordable.
