Maybe they should have dragged the negotiations out a while longer in order to gather everybody around the table, because I am aware that as long as the key players, both on the Hutu side and Tutsi side, do not meet, there will be no real peace.
Peut-être aurait-il fallu négocier un peu plus longtemps pour que toutes les parties s’asseyent autour de la table, car j’ai l’intime conviction que nous ne pourrons pas vraiment parler de paix tant que les principaux antagonistes - du côté hutu comme du côté tutsi - ne seront pas réunis.
