IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

The processing of personal data for the purposes of Regulation (EC) No 273/2004, as amended by this Regulation, and any delegated and implementing acts adopted pursuant thereto should respect the fundamental right to respect for private and family life recognised by Article 8 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms as well as the rights to respect for private and family life, and the right to the protection of personal data recognised, respectively, by Articles 7 and 8 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union.

The Commission will pay particular attention to "sensitive" proposals and acts, that is all legislative proposals and implementing acts (Article 291 TFEU) and delegated acts (Article 290 TFEU) which raise specific issues of compatibility with the Charter or which are designed to promote a specific fundamental right under the Charter.
La Commission portera une attention particulière aux propositions et actes dits "sensibles", c'est-à-dire toute proposition législative, ainsi que les actes d'exécution (article 291 TFUE) et les actes délégués (article 290 TFUE), qui soulèvent des questions particulières de compatibilité avec la Charte ou qui visent à promouvoir spécifiquement un des droits fondamentaux de la Charte.

In order to fulfil the objectives of this Regulation, namely to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons and in particular their right to the protection of personal data and to ensure the free movement of personal data within the Union, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 TFEU should be delegated to the Commission.
Afin de remplir les objectifs du présent règlement, à savoir protéger les libertés et droits fondamentaux des personnes physiques, et en particulier leur droit à la protection des données à caractère personnel, et garantir la libre circulation de ces données au sein de l'Union, il convient de déléguer à la Commission le pouvoir d'adopter des actes conformément à l'article 290 du traité sur le fonctionnement de l'Union européenne.

(129) In order to fulfil the objectives of this Regulation, namely to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons and in particular their right to the protection of personal data and to ensure the free movement of personal data within the Union, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union should be delegated to the Commission.
(129) Afin de remplir les objectifs du présent règlement, à savoir la protection des droits et libertés fondamentaux des personnes physiques, et en particulier de leur droit à la protection des données à caractère personnel, et pour garantir la libre circulation de ces dernières au sein de l’Union, le pouvoir d'adopter des actes conformément à l’article 290 du traité sur le fonctionnement de l'Union européenne devrait être délégué à la Commission.

(66) In order to fulfil the objectives of this Directive, namely to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons and in particular their right to the protection of personal data and to ensure the free exchange of personal data by competent authorities within the Union, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union should be delegated to the Commission.
(66) Afin de remplir les objectifs de la présente directive, à savoir la protection des libertés et droits fondamentaux des personnes physiques, et en particulier de leur droit à la protection des données à caractère personnel, et pour garantir le libre échange de ces dernières par les autorités compétentes au sein de l’Union, le pouvoir d'adopter des actes conformément à l’article 290 du traité sur le fonctionnement de l'Union européenne devraient être délégué à la Commission.

Before concluding this Agreement, the Council shall seek the opinion of the Commission on the adequacy of the level of protection of personal data and respect of fundamental rights and liberties regarding the automatic processing of personal data by Interpol and by countries which have delegated members to Interpol.
Avant de conclure un tel accord, le Conseil demande l'avis de la Commission sur le caractère adéquat du niveau de protection des données à caractère personnel et sur le respect des libertés et droits fondamentaux en ce qui concerne le traitement automatisé des données à caractère personnel par Interpol et par les pays qui ont délégué des membres à Interpol.
