3. Les animaux hybrides qui, dans leur ascendance récente, ont un spécimen au moins d’une espèce inscrite aux Annexes I ou II de la Convention sont soumis aux dispositions de la Convention au même titre qu’une espèce complète, même si l’hybride en question n’est pas inscrit aux annexes en tant que tel. Si l’ascendance récente comporte un animal au moins d’une espèce inscrite à l’Annexe I de la Convention, les hybrides sont considérés comme des spécimens d’espèces inscrites à cette annexe.
